Metal plates for a shot blasting table coated with 6mm thick polyurethane

This post showcases our polyurethane spray service. A project where plates are used to make a table for a shot blasting  cabinet, and which required a 6 mm thick black polyurethane coating.

The material chosen is 82 shore A polyester which provides a smooth finish and is abrasion resistant.

The table are designed to carry delicate metal parts and the poly coating is used as a protective lining.
